In this presentation, Joan Davis, RN, MS will share tips on how to cook healthier and faster, including:

  • Pulling together greens, grains and beans for quick delicious nutritious soups, salads, and main dishes.
  • Assemble a green salad that will stay fresh for a week!
  • Learn how to "veganize" many of your old favorites while discovering new plant-based dishes.
  • Swap healthier plant versions of ingredients to create treats from Buddha bowls to Zoodles
  • Gain recipes and resources to send you back in the kitchen confident you can cook plant-based without spending your life there!
